New Cell Phones

The new cell phones aren’t phones at all. They are these little wonders of technology that allow you to access the internet, place calls, find a restaurant, check your bank account, and read a book. What is so amazing about these new cell phones is that they are barely any larger than a small wad of twenties in your pocket, they seem to last indefinitely, and they are not unreasonably overpriced. With this sort of cell phone technology, the next wave of phones is likely to be utterly mind blowing. You can even track down you friends, relatives, and significant others with a single cell phone with all kinds of GPS technology.

Should a phone be capable of all these things and still be called a phone? The basic function of a phone is to keep people in contact with one another. With the push from businesses to be able to make communication and tracking a simply prospect, the personal phone has molded right into those expectations and we are starting to rely on them for all of their capabilities and not just use them for mere conversation. In fact, you can have an entire conversation with ten people at once without ever actually muttering a single word on these phones. There is more in store for us, and those who have not yet discovered how awesome these phones can be are in for an awakening. Pretty soon, the phone might actually even be able to replace the personal computer at a much more effective price.
